Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the M&A strategy in alignment with the firm's long-term goals.

- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities.

- Lead comprehensive research and due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal aspects.

- Manage all phases of the M&A process, from initial contact to negotiation, structuring, and closing.

- Oversee the post-acquisition integration process to ensure smooth transitions and maximize synergies.

- Build and mentor a high-performing M&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, legal counsel, and financial advisors.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- 10 years of experience in M&A at a top firm, with a public track record of being the top performer and achieving outstanding results.
